Great Andoiillette
for those not faint of heart I always order the andouillette the waiter upon hearing my american accent al ways gives me a are you sure ? look He does not not know my french lineage I learned to love good andouillette from my tante who always knew where to find the best in les halles couple with a strong moutarde I love it Just wish I could find i in the states given american palate sensibilities know I have to await my next return to place clichy to get my next plate they have many other good selection be careful when ordering rarebif stek in fance it still may be kicking
