Chez Lena et Mimile

Just visited Chez Lena during a trip to Paris, and glad we did! The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were the only tourists there, the place seems to really serve local Parisians. Still, the maitre'd proceeded to translate the entire menu into English for us! They were also happy to recommend wine to accompany the meal, which was delicious and not too expensive at all. The food here is exquisite- beautifully prepared, portions good. We didn't see a price fixed menu, but some Parisian restaurants tend to "hide" it. Didn't matter, you could order a la carte no problem. The atmosphere was authentically Parisian. We went in Winter so the outdoor patio was not open, but the inside is spacious and decorated nicely. Locals seemed to love the place. At the end, the maitre'd even ordered us a taxi back to our hotel- so nice and professional. I highly recommend it.
