Excellent culinary imagination. Ca contente la palette et l'oeuil
When I lived in Paris, I used to find great pleasure in dining at Jacques Cagna's Restaurant. Jacques Cagna was always very welco. He used to go around to great his customers. Service is attentive and provides great help with matching wines with the extraordinary cuisine. One of the the points that I always enjoyed was the fact that there were changes in the menu from time to time. Highly recommended by a former Parisian resident who lives abroad in Rancho Mirage, CA.
